Complete project coordination (from concept to delivery)
Planning milestones, resources, and deadlines
Communication with clients, architects and technical teams
Monitoring progress and budget compliance
Identifying risks and solving problems that arise
Ensuring the quality of execution according to company standards
Periodic reporting to management
Experience in project management (preferably in construction/architecture)
Excellent organizational and coordination skills
Effective communication and customer orientation
Working knowledge of technical documentation
Decision-making and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Romanian/Russian language
PC usage (MS Office, project software – advantage)
