Our design and construction company, EXIMOL, has been assisting clients for 20 years in building and implementing projects of any complexity. We design and construct private residential homes, barnhaus-style houses, small architectural forms, as well as commercial and manufacturing spaces. Furthermore, we own a joinery factory where we assemble gazebos, car canopies, and park furniture.
Considering the high demand from clients who seek a complete suite of construction-related services, and facing numerous requests, we are in need of a specialist capable of calculating cost estimates and crafting the necessary technical documentation.
Developing, approving, and verifying the budgets for construction work, installations, repairs, and restorations, as well as preparing the estimates for the necessary materials, raw products, equipment, and labor;
Preparing proposals for management regarding the conclusion of subcontracting agreements and overseeing bids received from subcontractors and suppliers;
Assessing costs at all stages of construction and monitoring subsequent expenditures;
Compiling reports on completed work.
Minimum 2 years of work experience;
Know how to choose the optimal "cost-quality" criterion regarding expenses for organizing construction work;
Analyzing customer requirements and comparing them to the actual situation (the ability to engage in constructive dialogue is very important);
Preparing expense reports at each stage;
Preparing invoices for payment;
Finding subcontractors and segregating construction phases;
Reading and understanding construction plans and other documents.

Salary of 15,000 lei + 1% of the value of the signed work contract
