Assessing costs at all stages of construction and monitoring subsequent expenditures;

Compiling reports on completed work.

Minimum 2 years of work experience;

Know how to choose the optimal "cost-quality" criterion regarding expenses for organizing construction work;

Analyzing customer requirements and comparing them to the actual situation (the ability to engage in constructive dialogue is very important);

Preparing expense reports at each stage;

Preparing invoices for payment;

Finding subcontractors and segregating construction phases;

Reading and understanding construction plans and other documents.
