· Creating and developing innovative architectural concepts for the company's projects, while adhering to client requirements and current regulations.
· Producing technical documentation and visualizations of the projects (plans, sections, details, 3D perspectives).
· Participating in coordination meetings with teams of engineers, designers, and project managers to integrate design solutions with technical requirements.
· Working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences and to transform them into functional and aesthetic designs.
· Ensuring the implementation of the design according to quality standards, costs, and established deadlines.
· Supervising and coordinating the implementation of the design project on site, in collaboration with the construction teams.
· Keeping up with trends and innovations in the field of architecture and design, applying creative and sustainable solutions.
· Preparing and managing the tender documentation for design projects.
· Ensuring compliance with urban planning and environmental regulations at all project stages.
· Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's degree in the field preferred).
· A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in architectural design, ideally in the construction sector.
· Strong knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3DS Max, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
· Excellent communication skills and visual presentation abilities for projects.
· Ability to work in a dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
· Knowledge of urban planning regulations and applicable technical standards.
· Creativity, attention to detail, and a desire to provide innovative architectural solutions.
· Teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
· A B category driving license is a plus.
