Due to business growth, we are looking for an Engineer - Surveyor to join our team.
the development, verification, and analysis of project documentation and cost estimates, as well as tracking the completed work volume;
performing cost estimate calculations and preparing the necessary documents;
drawing up confirmation documents for the work completed;
preparing commercial offers, expense estimates, and cost calculations.
knowledge of bill of quantities software (WinSmeta), Excel;
familiarity with the regulatory framework in the field of pricing for bill of quantities and construction legislation;
understanding of the stages and technologies involved in construction works;
ability to read construction documents (projects, technical drawings, diagrams, plans).
