Masbalt SRL is looking for a dedicated and passionate Divisional Engineer to join our team on innovative and large-scale projects. Elaboration, verification, analysis and updating of plans, estimates and other technical documentation related to construction projects;
Coordination and supervision of construction activities on site, according to project plans;
Ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget and quality for each project;
Collaborating with teams of workers, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the smooth running of the works;
Verification of compliance with safety and occupational health standards;
Monitoring and reporting site progress to the project manager;
Identifying and resolving any technical problems that may arise during the execution of the works;
Implementation and compliance with quality standards and regulations in force.
Preparing periodic progress reports, as well as documents confirming the work carried out
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a similar specialization.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in the construction field.
Solid knowledge of project management and use of specific software (AutoCAD, WinSmeta, etc.).
Excellent skills in organizing and coordinating work teams.
Knowledge of construction legislation and specific regulations.
Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Category B driving license (preferred).
