Responsibility

  • Organization of daily activities in the sales hall;

  • Placing goods orders;

  • Planning, monitoring, and evaluation of subordinate employees' activities;

  • Managing unforeseen situations and resolving conflicts that arise in the store.

Obligations

  • Specialized secondary studies (higher education is an advantage);

  • Retail sales experience is an advantage;

  • Fluent knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages;

  • MS Office proficiency;

  • Organizational skills and excellent communication abilities;

  • Teamwork capacity and coordination of activities.
