Training and developing the team, maintaining motivation and discipline.
Completed higher education;
Minimum of 5 years experience in the HoReCa sector;
Proven experience in team coordination;
Well-developed organizational and analytical skills;
Fluency in Romanian and Russian, both spoken and written;
Responsibility, stress resilience, and results-oriented.
