Job description

Responsibilities

  • Organization and control of all processes in the restaurant according to established standards;

  • Ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the dining area and kitchen;

  • Staff management: scheduling work shifts, coordinating the team, and monitoring task fulfillment;

  • Handling internal documentation and preparing reports;

  • Interaction with guests: addressing unforeseen situations and maintaining a high level of service;

  • Training and developing the team, maintaining motivation and discipline.

Requirements

  • Completed higher education;

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the HoReCa sector;

  • Proven experience in team coordination;

  • Well-developed organizational and analytical skills;

  • Fluency in Romanian and Russian, both spoken and written;

  • Responsibility, stress resilience, and results-oriented.
