Organization and control of all processes in the restaurant according to established standards;

Ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the dining area and kitchen;

Staff management: scheduling work shifts, coordinating the team, and monitoring task fulfillment;

Handling internal documentation and preparing reports;

Interaction with guests: addressing unforeseen situations and maintaining a high level of service;

Training and developing the team, maintaining motivation and discipline.

Completed higher education;

Minimum of 5 years experience in the HoReCa sector;

Proven experience in team coordination;

Well-developed organizational and analytical skills;

Fluency in Romanian and Russian, both spoken and written;
