Preparing and serving drinks;
Ensuring the constant quality of the products served, according to Buono Caffe standards;
Management of coffee equipment and its maintenance;
Maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area;
Interacting with customers and ensuring a pleasant and personalized experience for them;
Collaborating with the rest of the team to ensure an efficient and harmonious workflow.
Fluent in Romanian and Russian;
Previous experience as a barista is an advantage;
Passion for coffee and the desire to learn and improve in this field;
Attention to detail and ability to comply with procedures and quality standards;
Positive, proactive attitude and team spirit.
