Modeling the dough while respecting the technological requirements; stretching and cutting the dough according to the norms; preparing flour products (pies, bread, croissants, pizza, etc.).
Requirements
- Energetic, serious, and responsible person;
- Experience in preparing bakery and pastry products is an advantage;
- Ability to handle stress and/or routine, and stand for long periods;
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team;
- Knowledge of kneading and fermentation techniques.
