Job description

Responsibilities

  • Preparing ingredients according to recipes (cutting, portioning, washing);

  • Assembling salads, bruschettas and other products from the cold section;

  • Compliance with kitchen weights and standards

  • Maintaining order and hygiene in the cold section;

  • Checking the freshness of ingredients and compliance with food safety regulations;

  • Compliance with internal procedures and company requirements;

  • Responsibility, attention to detail and desire to learn and develop professionally

Requirements

  • Passionate chefs, regardless of experience.
