Achieving production targets;

Carrying out livestock farming activities on the farm to increase productivity and product quality;

Studying and implementing advanced methods of breeding and raising animals;

Analyzing current technologies, adjustments, production and feeding conformity control, as well as maintenance and breeding of animals;

Organizing the rational use of feed, ensuring the implementation of progressive methods of preservation, feeding, and care of farm animals;

Organizing tasks related to the feeding and artificial rearing of young animals;

Determining the maintenance conditions for animals (temperature, air humidity, gas exchange, etc.) and monitoring their compliance;

Interacting with production regarding feed supply;

Maintaining technical documentation and established reporting on animal breeding;

Developing measures for sanitary and preventive work, cleaning of spaces, and grooming of animals.

Higher education in animal husbandry;

Experience as a zootechnician – minimum of 3 years (work experience on farms abroad is an advantage);

Proven experience in implementing and monitoring feeding and breeding technologies;

Proficiency in Russian and Romanian is required, knowledge of English is an advantage;

Personnel management skills.
