Complete administration of personnel documentation (employment, resignation, transfers, leaves, medical certificates, etc.).
Keeping a working time record.
Monitoring compliance with labor legislation. Formation and management of employee personal files. Preparation of personnel reports.
Consulting for employees on labor law issues.
At least 3 years of work experience in human resources.
Knowledge of labor law and human resources procedures.
PC skills and knowledge of 1C program required.
Attention to detail, responsibility, communication skills.
