Ensuring compliance with labor legislation. Management and maintenance of personal employee files. Preparation of HR reporting.
Advising employees on labor law matters.
Full management of personnel documentation (hiring, resignations, transfers, leaves, medical certificates, etc.).
Maintaining the timekeeping register.
Ensuring compliance with labor legislation. Creating and managing employee personal files. Preparing personnel reports.
Providing employees with consultancy regarding labor law issues.
Work experience in HR of at least 3 years. Knowledge of labor laws and HR paperwork.
Proficiency in PC use and mandatory proficiency in 1C software.
Attention to detail, responsibility, good communication skills.
