Complete administration of personnel processes according to the labor legislation of the Republic of Moldova
Preparation and management of HR documentation (contracts, orders, additional documents, etc.)
Managing employee personal files
Working time records (timekeeping, holidays, absences, sick leave)
Developing and updating internal policies and procedures
Participation in recruitment and selection processes
Establishing and monitoring KPIs together with management
Organizing the onboarding process and involvement in internal activities
Correspondence management and HR document archiving
Higher education
Minimum 4 years of experience in HR
Solid knowledge of labor legislation in the Republic of Moldova
Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages
MS Office knowledge
Good organizational, communication and responsibility skills
