implementing and managing the recruitment strategy to attract and select the right candidates for various operational roles
continuous development and optimization of recruitment channels (online/offline) to increase the quality and speed of hiring
involvement in employer branding projects, career fairs, social media campaigns and channels, and internal talent attraction and retention initiatives
working closely with department managers to understand staffing needs and adapt recruitment processes
selecting, interviewing and assessing candidates throughout the entire recruitment process
providing the necessary support to new employees in the integration process
ensuring personnel administration for designated departments, including managing personnel documentation, updating records and complying with legal requirements in force
monitoring and analysis of performance indicators of the recruitment process
higher education in human resources management, psychology or other related fields
excellent communication and relationship skills
experience in recruiting extended teams
solid knowledge of modern recruitment techniques and tools
Ability to organize, prioritize and manage recruitment projects simultaneously.
