We're hiring a responsible person for procurement and staff management.
Coordination and Supervision of Staff;
Planning and implementing the company's procurement strategy, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely and on-budget provisioning.
Maintaining and developing business relationships with existing suppliers and identifying new partners that contribute to the company's growth.
Preparing periodic reports on procurement activities and team management, as well as maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Previous experience in managing staffing and procurement, preferably in construction or manufacturing industries.
Ability to negotiate favorable contracts and manage supplier relationships.
Solid knowledge of procurement processes and staffing management.
Excellence in communication, both written and verbal.
