Job description

Responsibilities

  • Coordination and Supervision of Staff;

  • Planning and implementing the company's procurement strategy, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely and on-budget provisioning.

  • Maintaining and developing business relationships with existing suppliers and identifying new partners that contribute to the company's growth.

  • Preparing periodic reports on procurement activities and team management, as well as maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in managing staffing and procurement, preferably in construction or manufacturing industries.

  • Ability to negotiate favorable contracts and manage supplier relationships.

  • Solid knowledge of procurement processes and staffing management.

  • Excellence in communication, both written and verbal.
