Job description

Responsibilities

  • CRM system administration and maintenance (adding users, resolving technical issues, updates).

  • Configuring workstations: computers, printers, internet, accesses.

  • Checking and maintaining the functioning of corporate telephony.

  • Monitoring and maintenance of company websites and hosting (domain, SSL, updates, form and page functionality).

  • Solving current IT problems related to equipment and software.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in system administration or IT.

  • Basic knowledge of networking, telephony, domains, and hosting.

  • Responsibility, attention to detail and ability to work independently.

  • Experience in working with CRM systems (e.g. Bitrix24, AmoCRM, etc.) is an advantage.
