Responsibilities
CRM system administration and maintenance (adding users, resolving technical issues, updates).
Configuring workstations: computers, printers, internet, accesses.
Checking and maintaining the functioning of corporate telephony.
Monitoring and maintenance of company websites and hosting (domain, SSL, updates, form and page functionality).
Solving current IT problems related to equipment and software.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in system administration or IT.
Basic knowledge of networking, telephony, domains, and hosting.
Responsibility, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Experience in working with CRM systems (e.g. Bitrix24, AmoCRM, etc.) is an advantage.
