Responsibilities
Proactive monitoring of information systems and equipment;
Monitoring alerts and system logs from monitoring systems;
Rapid response to alerts and events;
Notifying responsible persons or beneficiaries about incidents and planned works (email, phone);
Working in the ticketing system for problem resolution or escalation;
Developing and maintaining internal documentation.
Requirements
Work experience in technical support/network monitoring center;
Possession of Romanian and Russian languages;
Education: higher education with a bachelor's degree or equivalent;
Ability to work in a team;
Knowledge of Zabbix, Cacti, PRTG monitoring systems;
Advanced knowledge in TCP/IP and troubleshooting network issues;
Knowledge of Linux systems administration is an advantage;
Networking courses are an advantage;
Availability to work in shifts (24/24).
