Your main function

• Ensure that 1C users understand and correctly maintain accounting records in the 1C system:

• training users on the rules of working in 1C;

• consulting end users in the daily activity process;

• sending user requests related to modifying or expanding 1C functionalities to the technical department.

  What does the Consultant do?

  • Processes and responds to user requests in the project management system.

  • Prepares training assignments and conducts training sessions.

  • Following the training, formulate and provide "homework".

  • Provides advice to users on questions that arise.

  • Develops documentation for users: instructions, guides, help materials.

  • Redirects tasks to the technical department in case of requests related to the development of new functionalities.

Skills and abilities

• Stress resistance, respect and appreciation for the accounting profession.

• Excellent communication skills, orientation towards constant interaction with users, desire and availability to work with people on a daily basis.

• Clear expression, oral and written, in Russian and Romanian.

• Theoretical understanding of accounting (D/C entries, chart of accounts, month-end closing, VAT, payroll).

• Solid knowledge of the 1C system (any version) at an advanced user level, not just an operator.

• Understanding the operating logic of 1C (documents, catalogs, registers - at a conceptual level).

• The ability to explain to accountants calmly and in easy-to-understand language.

• Implementation skills, not just training (analysis of the situation "as it is" and "as it should be").

• Skills in documenting agreements and developing instructions/checklists.

It is an advantage

• Experience in consulting or supporting 1C users.

• Experience in formulating tasks for programmers regarding modifying 1C functionalities.

• Possession of 1C certifications.

• Professional training and ongoing support within the company.
