Main Responsibilities:

· Legal consulting of clients: providing legal consultations on tax, corporate, and commercial law issues.

· Development and approval of legal documents: contracts, agreements, regulations, instructions.

· Representation of client interests: in government bodies, courts, and before other legal or physical entities.

· Claims and litigation work: drafting claims, statements of claim, and defending clients' interests in court.

· Analysis of legislation: monitoring changes and providing clients with up-to-date information.

· Preparation of legal reports and opinions: for internal and external clients.

· Collaboration with international partners: coordinating legal issues with foreign offices and colleagues.

Business correspondence and client support: ensuring a high level of service and maintaining long-term relationships.

· Higher legal education.

· At least 3 years of experience as a lawyer, preferably in consulting or legal support of business.

· In-depth knowledge of corporate, tax, and commercial law.

· Fluent in Russian, Romanian, and English (oral and written business correspondence).

· Proficient computer skills, including MS Office; experience with legal databases.

· High level of responsibility, organization, and analytical thinking.

· Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts.
