Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

• Monitoring compliance with personal data protection legislation and the company's internal policies;

• Advising management and employees on data protection obligations;

• Organizing and conducting staff training and awareness activities;

• Coordination and monitoring of data protection impact assessments (DPIA);

• Managing requests made by data subjects regarding the exercise of their rights;

• Participate in the investigation and management of security incidents involving personal data;

• Developing, updating and implementing policies, procedures and documentation specific to the field;

• Collaborating with competent authorities and providing the necessary support during inspections and investigations.

Due Diligence and Compliance

• Conducting integrity and reputation checks on business partners, suppliers, customers and other counterparties;

• Verification of beneficial owners and analysis of corporate structures;

• Identifying and assessing legal, financial, reputational and compliance risks;

• Identifying potential conflicts of interest and other risk factors;

• Elaboration of Due Diligence reports and formulation of related recommendations;

• Continuous monitoring of business relationships and updating risk assessments;

• Participate in the development and implementation of internal compliance and control procedures.

Higher education in law, economics, finance, business administration, or other relevant fields;

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in legal, compliance, internal control, risk management, data protection or similar activities;

• Knowledge of legislation in the field of personal data protection;

• Experience or knowledge in conducting Due Diligence and risk assessment processes;

• Ability to analyze and interpret information from multiple sources;

• Advanced knowledge of computer use and analysis and reporting tools;

• Attention to detail, integrity and ability to handle confidential information;

• Knowledge of Romanian and Russian; English – advanced level (C1).
