IMPERLUX is looking for an organized, responsible and results-oriented Warehouse Manager , who will ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse and the coordination of the team. We are looking for someone capable of maintaining order, discipline and accuracy of stocks in a dynamic work environment.
Coordination of the daily activity of the warehouse;
Organizing and distributing tasks for subordinate staff;
Verifying the correct receipt, storage and release of goods;
Monitoring stocks and maintaining accurate records;
Organizing and participating in inventories;
Ensuring order and security in the warehouse;
Effective collaboration with logistics, production and sales departments;
Reporting incidents, non-conformities and operational issues;
Compliance and monitoring of occupational health and safety regulations.
Experience in warehouse management or coordination of operational processes;
Good team organization and coordination skills;
Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively;
Working knowledge of Excel; experience in 1C is an advantage;
Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages – mandatory;
Special secondary or higher education;
Experience in the field of construction materials is an advantage.
