Will fulfil a series of tasks within the household department;

Will provide technical support for household matters, as well as other requested activities;

Will carry out simple repair and maintenance works on sanitary installations and engineering networks (such as electricity, water supply, sewage, heating, ventilation, and measurement units), including identifying problems and offering optimal remediation solutions to the administration;

Will periodically inspect the company's buildings/offices to check the functioning of engineering networks and other structural components, and provide solutions for any deviations/problems found;

Will identify service providers, contract companies, and verify repair works.

Work experience in plumbing and electrical repairs, construction experience - is an advantage.

Execution of welding tasks, assembling of metal fabrications: marking, cutting, drilling, grinding, bending, etc.

Driving license category B - constitutes an advantage.
