Management of the railway transportation department operations;

Successful negotiation and contract signing with international partners in Romania, Hungary, and Turkey;

Establishing and maintaining long-term partnership relations with representatives of international transportation companies;

Coordination of the entire railway transportation process from contract conclusion to cargo dispatch;

Working with existing clients/contractors;

Monitoring international markets to identify opportunities for expanding the client base;

Ensuring the achievement of the company's planned sales targets;

Developing and implementing innovative railway logistics strategies;

Higher education, preferably in the fields of economics, commerce, or management;

Fluency in Russian and Romanian, knowledge of English will be considered a significant advantage;

Confident experience in B2B sales, export;

Ability to make quick and effective decisions;

Excellent communication and negotiation skills;

Leadership qualities, ambition, and result-oriented approach
