Your main responsibilities:

• Project management: Independently organize and adjust processes for all company projects, including defining structure, stages, and key outcomes.

• Leading a team: Building and managing a team of 6 people, creating a positive work environment, and motivating employees for high performance.

• Coordination and control: Ensuring a unified vision for all projects, their coordination, and control over the effective completion of tasks.

• Problem-solving: Proactively identifying and resolving issues related to project implementation.

• Reporting and analysis: Developing monitoring and reporting systems, ensuring adherence to key performance indicators.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in Project Management: Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in the social or human rights field. Ability to quickly adapt and organize processes "from scratch".

• Leadership Skills: Experience in leading a team, ability to motivate employees and create conditions for the team's success.

• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively within the team and with external partners in Russian, Romanian, and English languages.

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop projects that will help the organization achieve its strategic goals.

• Project Management Skills: Experience using modern project management tools and information technologies.
