We are looking for a dedicated and experienced B2B Sales Supervisor to coordinate and develop the sales team.
B2B Sales Supervisor
Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve and exceed established goals;
Coordination and supervision of the sales team;
Systematic monitoring and analysis of sales team performance, providing constructive feedback and support for achieving objectives;
Identifying new commercial opportunities in the market, working with Key Accounts and creating long-term partnerships;
Negotiating customized solutions and terms and conditions of sale;
Constantly visiting our clients' commercial establishments to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty;
Ensuring compliance with the company's commercial policies and quality standards.
Relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in the food and dairy industry);
Solid knowledge of the food industry, the dairy market and current trends;
Managerial skills and experience in managing the sales team;
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and coordinate a team;
Excellence in communication and negotiation, with a focus on results;
Strategic thinking and ability to understand business;
Higher education in economics, marketing or a related field.
Digital skills in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems;
Autonomy and the ability to make decisions;
Organizational capacity, time management;
EQ, empathy and active listening;
Driving license category B and availability for field trips.
