The pet product store chain invites a Category Manager to join the team, responsible for the development and profitability of the pet products category.
Formation and development of the assortment matrix for categories (food, accessories, hygiene, veterinary products, etc.);
Analysis of sales, margins, stocks, seasonality and market trends;
Negotiation with suppliers: selection, commercial conditions, bonuses, motivational programs;
Planning promotional campaigns together with the marketing department;
Control of stocks and product rotation speed;
Monitoring competition and the market, identifying new brands and growth opportunities.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the position of category manager / brand manager / buyer (preferably in retail, FMCG or zootechnical field);
Solid knowledge of pricing, sales analysis and working with suppliers;
Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, 1C or other similar systems;
Ability to work with large volumes of data and make decisions based on analysis;
Initiative, systemic thinking, result orientation.
