Processing online and offline orders received from customers;
Correct management of information and data in our system;
Communicating effectively with customers via telephone, e-mail and other communication channels;
Providing quality customer service and resolving customer issues or queries efficiently.
The customer is the company's priority, the employee is the manager's priority, the manager's assignment is the employee's priority.
Romanian and Russian language - fluent spoken and written;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks at the same time;
Proactive attitude and problem-solving orientation;
Previous customer service experience is an asset;
Online working skills an added advantage.

Salary will be paid (by) the 10th of the related month;
Salary consists of: salary + performance bonus (dedication) - tax withholding;
Salary advances are accepted.
8500 lei (year 2024) is the gross salary.
Employees receive performance bonuses of 3%, 5% and 7% of salary.
In addition, additional tasks paid on top of salary. (Example: completion of cash register and cpntrol + 300 lei).
Flexible working hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00.
