Responsibilities

  • Processing online and offline orders received from customers;

  • Correct management of information and data in our system;

  • Communicating effectively with customers via telephone, e-mail and other communication channels;

  • Providing quality customer service and resolving customer issues or queries efficiently.

  • The customer is the company's priority, the employee is the manager's priority, the manager's assignment is the employee's priority.

Requirements

  • Romanian and Russian language - fluent spoken and written;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks at the same time;

  • Proactive attitude and problem-solving orientation;

  • Previous customer service experience is an asset;

  • Online working skills an added advantage.
