Job description

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and contacting potential B2B partners in the Republic of Moldova

  • Developing partnerships with recruitment firms, employment agencies and other relevant companies

  • Presentation of services and collaboration model

  • Negotiation and signing of partnership agreements

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing partners

  • Generating customers through the partner network

  • Organizing meetings and business presentations

  • Monitoring performance and identifying new opportunities

  • Market analysis and proposal of growth strategies

  • Reporting activities to management

Requirements

  • Experience in Business Development / B2B Sales / Partnerships

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills

  • Experience in active prospecting

  • Results-oriented and autonomous

  • Ability to build long-term relationships

  • Romanian and English – good level

  • Availability for occasional travel
