The role involves developing a solid network of B2B partners and directly contributing to business growth on the local market.
Identifying and contacting potential B2B partners in the Republic of Moldova
Developing partnerships with recruitment firms, employment agencies and other relevant companies
Presentation of services and collaboration model
Negotiation and signing of partnership agreements
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing partners
Generating customers through the partner network
Organizing meetings and business presentations
Monitoring performance and identifying new opportunities
Market analysis and proposal of growth strategies
Reporting activities to management
Experience in Business Development / B2B Sales / Partnerships
Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
Experience in active prospecting
Results-oriented and autonomous
Ability to build long-term relationships
Romanian and English – good level
Availability for occasional travel
