`Managing the Director's daily agenda, including scheduling meetings and coordinating business and personal travel
Organizing and preparing necessary materials for meetings and presentations
Handling electronic correspondence and important documents
Registering and serving visitors, clients, guests, partners
Participating in meetings and drafting minutes
Collaborating with internal and external teams to facilitate decision-making processes
Providing general administrative support to the Director
Previous experience in similar roles as a personal or administrative assistant
Organizational and time management skills
Communication skills, both verbal and written
Advanced PC operating knowledge, including Microsoft Office suite
Discretion and the ability to manage confidential information
Knowledge of Romanian, Russian
Corporate training at the company's expense

Work schedule M – F, 08:00 - 17:00 or 09:00 - 18:00 / hybrid
