Job description

Responsibilities

  • Managing the Director's daily agenda, including scheduling meetings and coordinating business and personal travel

  • Organizing and preparing necessary materials for meetings and presentations

  • Handling electronic correspondence and important documents

  • Registering and serving visitors, clients, guests, partners

  • Participating in meetings and drafting minutes

  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to facilitate decision-making processes

  • Providing general administrative support to the Director

Requirements

  • Previous experience in similar roles as a personal or administrative assistant

  • Organizational and time management skills

  • Communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Advanced PC operating knowledge, including Microsoft Office suite

  • Discretion and the ability to manage confidential information

  • Knowledge of Romanian, Russian
