Job description

Responsibilities

  • Coordination and organization of the store's activity;

  • Team management and employee motivation;

  • Ensuring the implementation of the sales plan;

  • Monitoring performance indicators;

  • Maintaining store presentation standards;

  • Reducing losses and complying with internal procedures.

Requirements

  • Higher education;

  • Minimum 1 year of management experience;

  • Experience in retail/sales is an advantage;

  • PC user: knowledge in Excel, MS Office;

  • Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages;

  • Excellent communication skills;

  • Problem-solving and conflict management skills;

  • Good organizational and planning skills.
