Communications Manager
Who do we need?
We need someone who knows how to communicate and enjoys it, who understands that communication is not just a chat, but a tool for sales, service, and reputation.
If you get lost in phone calls, are afraid of responsibility, and expect a clear script for every step, this is not your position.
Processing incoming and outgoing calls
Offline and online communication with clients and partners (phone, instant messengers, email, social media)
Supporting communication through content (messages, presentations, explanations, accompaniment)
Forwarding requests to the appropriate departments and monitoring feedback
Recording agreements and communication statuses
Maintaining a professional and clear company image in every contact.
Literate oral and written speech
The ability to listen, clarify and bring the dialogue to a result
Self-organization and responsibility (if you said something, you did it; if you promised, you followed through)
A basic understanding of B2B communications is a big plus
Willingness to work with information and content, and not just “answer calls”
Working in a B2B technology company
Clear objectives and clear expectations
Opportunity to grow into sales or communications management
A professional team without chaos and gray areas.
Salary is determined at the interview.
