Main Responsibilities:

• 1. Personnel Management: Coordinating the recruitment and training process for bookstore associates, establishing work schedules, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and legislation.

  2. Implementing staff motivation strategies, including training sessions and awarding performance-based bonuses.

  1. Financial Management: Overseeing the cash register, managing the bookstore's funds, and ensuring timely submission of accounting documents to the finance department.

  2. Planning and Sales: Developing and implementing action plans to achieve sales targets, managing the bookstore's online presence, and organizing promotional campaigns.

  3. Bookstore Space Administration: Maintaining a tidy and functional environment in the bookstore, correct labeling of products, and keeping equipment in optimal condition.

  4. Inventory Management: Monitoring and restocking inventory, collaborating with suppliers, and ensuring efficient logistics.

  5. Collaboration with Artists: Negotiating and finalizing contracts with artists, organizing exhibitions, and managing financial obligations to them.

  6. Event Organization: Coordinating literary events and renting space to third parties for brand promotion and attracting new customers.

1. Previous experience in managing a team and a commercial space;
