Fly Prestige is expanding its team and is looking for an Airline Ticket Sales Agent with excellent English skills. The ideal candidate is communicative, customer-oriented, attentive to details and eager to work in a dynamic, international environment. The activity can be carried out completely remotely .
Communicating with customers by phone, email or chat in English;
Providing information about flights, fares, routes and travel conditions;
Issuance and modification of airline tickets;
The use of reservation systems (GDS – Global Distribution System – is an advantage).
Advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken);
Good communication and customer relations skills;
Stable internet access and a quiet workspace from home.
Possibility to work from home ;
Initial training and ongoing support.
