• Searching & attracting new customers – working with cold and warm databases, calls to the corporate segment.

• Identifying needs & working with decision-makers – negotiating with HR directors, office managers, marketers, department heads.

• Presenting services – organizing meetings (online/offline), preparing personalized commercial offers.

• Concluding transactions – negotiating and establishing collaboration terms.

• Documentation – drafting contracts, controlling payments, and ensuring transaction terms are met.

• Client oversight – monitoring the fulfillment of transaction conditions, maintaining a high level of service.

• Working with CRM – managing client databases, recording negotiation histories, updating transaction statuses.

• Participating in the development of new services – analyzing market needs and making proposals for their improvement.

• Realizing sales plans – working with monthly and seasonal objectives, participating in meetings and trainings.

• Experience of at least 1 year in sales (preferably B2B).

• Knowledge about cold and warm sales techniques.

• Negotiation skills and deal closing (over the phone and in meetings).

• Experience with CRM systems (is an advantage).

• Good command of Romanian and Russian language (spoken and written), good PC skills.

• Communication skills, proactive, results-oriented.

• Self-organization in multitasking.

• Willingness to develop and improve professional level.
