Responsibilities you'll be in charge of:
Managing and coordinating the sales team to achieve performance targets.
Identifying and attracting new clients through active sales.
Negotiating and maintaining relationships with strategic clients.
Analyzing the market and segmenting clients to improve commercial offers.
Developing and implementing sales strategies, including setting sales plans and objectives.
Overseeing and evaluating the performance of each sales team member.
Creating and supporting presentations, seminars, and participation in events or exhibitions.
Collaborating with internal departments (Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service) to enhance sales performance.
Monitoring sales results and preparing periodic reports.
Participating in developing the marketing strategy and in creating a motivation system for the sales team.
Our expectations from the candidate:
Higher technical or economic education.
At least 5 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 2 years in sales team management.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite and experience with Power BI and 1C (is an advantage).
Ability to work independently, make decisions, and solve problems quickly.
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
Leadership skills and team management abilities.
Knowledge in the field of technical product sales.
Proficiency in Romanian and Russian (English is an advantage).
Driving license category B.
