Job description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities you'll be in charge of:

  • Managing and coordinating the sales team to achieve performance targets.

  • Identifying and attracting new clients through active sales.

  • Negotiating and maintaining relationships with strategic clients.

  • Analyzing the market and segmenting clients to improve commercial offers.

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies, including setting sales plans and objectives.

  • Overseeing and evaluating the performance of each sales team member.

  • Creating and supporting presentations, seminars, and participation in events or exhibitions.

  • Collaborating with internal departments (Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service) to enhance sales performance.

  • Monitoring sales results and preparing periodic reports.

  • Participating in developing the marketing strategy and in creating a motivation system for the sales team.

Requirements

Our expectations from the candidate:

  • Higher technical or economic education.

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 2 years in sales team management.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite and experience with Power BI and 1C (is an advantage).

  • Ability to work independently, make decisions, and solve problems quickly.

  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.

  • Leadership skills and team management abilities.

  • Knowledge in the field of technical product sales.

  • Proficiency in Romanian and Russian (English is an advantage).

  • Driving license category B.
