We are looking for an Operations Manager to coordinate and develop the performance of the Rogob store network. The role requires both strategic vision and active operational involvement, with a focus on efficiency, teams and commercial results.
implementing the sales and marketing strategy at the operational level;
planning, management and administration of store activities;
defining and achieving sales objectives, aligned with the company's strategy;
monitoring the operational performance of stores and initiating improvement or optimization actions;
management and evaluation of team members' activities based on performance indicators;
active involvement in streamlining processes within the department;
implementing and supervising compliance with quality, cleanliness and food safety standards;
monitoring sales results, both qualitatively and quantitatively;
budget management and control, cost optimization and identification of solutions to increase profitability;
control of store supplies and intervention to ensure optimal merchandise flow;
supervising the general appearance of the stores and their proper functioning;
higher education, minimum 3 years of experience in a coordination position in retail or FMCG;
excellent leadership and team management skills
