IMPERLUX is looking for an organized and results-oriented HR Manager , who can efficiently manage human resources processes and contribute to the development of a high-performing team, adapted to a dynamic production and sales environment.
- Defining and implementing the human resources strategy, in correlation with the company's objectives;
- Developing and updating HR policies and procedures according to labor legislation;
- Coordination of the recruitment department;
- Managing employee integration and retention;
- Planning personnel needs and supporting organizational development;
- Implementation and monitoring of performance evaluation systems;
- Development of training and adaptation programs for employees;
- Monitoring HR indicators and optimizing internal processes;
- Strengthening organizational culture and increasing the level of involvement;
- Ensuring compliance with labor legislation and managing relations with authorities;
- Management of personnel documents;
- Collaboration with the accounting department for payroll and reporting.
- Higher education in human resources, psychology, law or related fields;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR;
- Experience in production or sales companies is an advantage;
- Solid knowledge of labor legislation;
- Excellent organizational, communication and coordination skills;
- Analytical thinking and results orientation;
- MS Office operating knowledge.
