Zazitex Company is looking for a colleague to fill the position of SALES MANAGER for the market in the Republic of Moldova. This role involves field work in a B2B format (corporate clients).
Inclination for field work;
Presentation and promotion of the company's services to legal entities;
Negotiating and concluding contracts with business clients;
Advising customers regarding the requested products;
Achieving sales targets for the assigned area;
Conducting client visits as per the schedule approved by the immediate superior;
Taking customer orders, offering discounts or other benefits in accordance with the company's commercial policy;
Forwarding orders to the warehouse;
Resolving issues related to orders sent to clients;
Managing one's own client portfolio to achieve the set objectives;
Growing the sales volume of clients in the portfolio, in line with key performance indicators;
Analyzing customer performance and creating action plans to develop partnerships with them.
High school / higher education;
Driver's license category B;
Fluency in Romanian and Russian; English language is an advantage;
MS Office skills;
Negotiation and persuasion skills;
Customer-oriented;
Proactive and responsible;
Mandatory experience in commerce;
Experience in the field of retail food products;
Owning a personal vehicle is welcome.
