Zazitex Company is seeking a colleague for the position of SALES MANAGER for the Romanian market. This role involves fieldwork in a B2B format (corporate clients) for the Romanian market.
Inclination for field work;
Introducing and promoting the company's services to corporate clients;
Negotiating and finalizing contracts with business clients;
Advising clients regarding the requested products;
Achieving sales targets for the assigned area;
Conducting client visits according to a schedule approved by the direct supervisor;
Taking customer orders, granting discounts or other benefits in compliance with the company's commercial policy;
Forwarding orders to the warehouse;
Addressing issues that arise in connection with orders sent to clients;
Managing one's own client portfolio to achieve set goals;
Expanding sales volumes of clients in the portfolio, in line with key performance indicators;
Analyzing client performance and preparing action plans to develop the partnership with them.
High school / higher education;
Category B driver's license;
Excellent command of Romanian; knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
Proficiency in MS Office;
Negotiation and persuasion skills;
Customer-oriented;
Proactive and responsible;
Experience in commerce is mandatory;
Experience in the food products retail sector;
Understanding of the Romanian market is an advantage;
Owning a personal vehicle is welcome.
