Head of Marketing / Marketing Manager
Connect Imobil is looking for an experienced professional who can take over and fully manage the marketing function, with a focus on performance, leads and sales.
The role involves both strategy and direct execution in the first months, followed by scaling and coordination.
Role objective:
Building and optimizing a marketing system that consistently generates qualified leads and supports sales growth for the agency and real estate projects.
Main responsibilities:
Performance Marketing
Setting up, managing and optimizing campaigns in:
Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram)
Google Ads
Analysis and optimization of cost per lead (CPL) and conversions
Continuous testing of offers, audiences, and creatives
Strategy & Funnels
Building complete funnels: Ad → Lead → Presentation → Transaction
Establishing the promotion direction and allocating budgets
Data-driven decision making
Content & Creative
Defining content concepts (video, banners, copy)
Writing or approving scripts
Organizing and coordinating filming
Collaboration with designers and videographers
Website & Optimization
Website and landing page optimization (UX, conversion)
Lead flow monitoring
Analysis & Control
Daily performance monitoring (leads, costs, conversions)
Clear reporting and optimization proposals
Verification and coordination of collaborators (e.g. targetologist)
Candidate profile:
Solid experience in digital marketing (Meta Ads / Google Ads)
Ability to set up and optimize campaigns independently
Experience working with funnels and conversions
Analytical thinking and results orientation
Initiative and responsibility
Real estate experience is an advantage
