What you’ll do:
Identify and recruit new affiliates to join our program.
Promote and support our e-commerce platform and our in-house Affiliate Program, build engagement naturally on platforms like public forums, i.e. Reddit, Quora.
Onboard new affiliates, providing them with the necessary resources, training, and support to get started.
Foster strong relationships with existing affiliates, acting as the main point of contact.
Track affiliate performance metrics such as clicks, conversions, and revenue generated.
Manage commission payments to affiliates accurately and on time through our in-house platform.
Give affiliates access to creative assets such as inspirational and educational materials, articles, products, banners, text links, and promotional materials.
Monitor affiliate activity to detect and address any potential compliance issues or fraudulent behavior.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for maximizing affiliate program effectiveness, promoting and reinforcing the company's image on Reddit and Quora.
Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion of the affiliate program.
Prepare regular reports on affiliate program performance, including key metrics and insights.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in affiliate marketing.
Skills we require:
Strong written English.
Ability to plan, write, and post good (interesting and engaging) content to promote us naturally and organically, not via ads.
Good people skills, ability to talk mindfully, coherently, and respectfully to potential and existing affiliates, making them feel loved and welcomed.
Understanding of Affiliate marketing, Crowd marketing, familiarity with platforms like Reddit, Quora.
