What you’ll do:

• Identify and recruit new affiliates to join our program.

• Promote and support our e-commerce platform and our in-house Affiliate Program, build engagement naturally on platforms like public forums, i.e. Reddit, Quora.

• Onboard new affiliates, providing them with the necessary resources, training, and support to get started.

• Foster strong relationships with existing affiliates, acting as the main point of contact.

• Track affiliate performance metrics such as clicks, conversions, and revenue generated.

• Manage commission payments to affiliates accurately and on time through our in-house platform.

• Give affiliates access to creative assets such as inspirational and educational materials, articles, products, banners, text links, and promotional materials.

• Monitor affiliate activity to detect and address any potential compliance issues or fraudulent behavior.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for maximizing affiliate program effectiveness, promoting and reinforcing the company's image on Reddit and Quora.

• Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion of the affiliate program.

• Prepare regular reports on affiliate program performance, including key metrics and insights.

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in affiliate marketing.

Skills we require:

• Strong written English.

• Ability to plan, write, and post good (interesting and engaging) content to promote us naturally and organically, not via ads.

• Good people skills, ability to talk mindfully, coherently, and respectfully to potential and existing affiliates, making them feel loved and welcomed.

• Understanding of Affiliate marketing, Crowd marketing, familiarity with platforms like Reddit, Quora.

• Salary starting from $1000
