EFES Moldova is looking for a new team member to fill the position of Trade Marketing Specialist.
- Executes promotional concepts and collaborates with organizers, partners, and suppliers for efficient organization and execution.
- Collaborates with other departments to implement effective sales models at events, promotions, and other related actions.
- Collaborates with other functions for efficient task execution and provides necessary feedback for future efficiency improvements.
- Closely monitors competitor activities, key trends and market developments, as well as the country's overall economy, and proposes actions or adjustments to the marketing strategy if needed.
- Higher Education
- Work experience in Marketing or Sales, preferably in the FMCG industry for no less than 2 years;
- Analytical mindset and organizational skills;
- Honesty, integrity;
- Team player;
- Knowledge of Romanian, Russian, English;
- Computer skills (Windows, MS Office, Excel);
